The chefs at Mao are passionate about using only the finest fresh ingredients to create our authentic, healthy and virtually low fat dishes. For this reason they never, ever use MSG in their cooking and don’t need to, the flavours are great as they are!
All dishes are prepared to order using only fresh ingredients and Irish beef, so if you have any special dietary requests please let them know and they will do their best to guide you. Do keep in mind, however, that like all restaurants, meals are prepared in kitchens where shellfish, nuts and wheat are present.
